The best option is for you to receive a new billing statement during your subsequent billing cycle.This billing statement will be formatted as shown in the example below.You can find your account number and customer identification number (CID) on your most recent billing statement.The eight digits to the right of the dash are your customer number (CID), and the seven digits to the left of the dash are your account number.
