Pay with the myAT&T App
If you’re an AT&T customer, the myAT&T app is the most convenient way to pay your bill. With the app, you can pay your bill, view your usage, and manage your account from anywhere. Here’s how to do it:
- Need the app? Text myATT to 556699 for the link.
- Go to Make Payment.
- Sign in if asked.
- Enter your payment details.
- Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Please note that a compatible device and account registration are required to use the app. Additionally, data and messaging rates may apply for app download and usage.
Pay By Phone Call
If you prefer paying your bill by phone, AT&T has an automated system that lets you do just that. To use the system, call the following numbers:
- Wireless service call 800.331.0500 (or 611 from your wireless phone)
- All other services call 800.288.2020
There’s no charge to use the automated system. However, if you choose to pay over the phone with a Customer Care rep, there will be a convenience fee. When you call, make sure to have your payment info and passcode handy (Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 a.m.-7 p.m. ET, or Saturday 8 a.m.-5 p.m)
Other Ways to Pay Your Wireless Bill AT&T offers additional ways to pay your wireless bill that are simple, fast, and don’t come with processing fees. Here are two other options:
Dial from your wireless phone and we’ll provide your balance:
- *PAY (*729) for English
- *PAGAR (*72427) for Spanish
Follow the voice prompts to enter your payment details. After completing your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation number.
Pay by Text (TXT-2-PAY)
With this free service, AT&T will send you a text with your wireless balance six days before it’s due. Simply reply to the text message, and your payment will be charged to the payment method you’ve set up. To sign up for TXT-2-Pay, you’ll need to sign in to your AT&T account.
