Regardless of a patient’s financial situation or ability to pay, Baptist Health is committed to treating them with respect and dignity.
Baptist Health has established a Hospital Charity/Financial Assistance Program for uninsured patients in support of this commitment. The program covers services received at Baptist Health hospitals and the outpatient facilities that are connected to them (South, East, and Prattville hospitals, the Montgomery Cancer Center, Carmichael Imaging, Montgomery Imaging, East Montgomery Imaging, Prattville Imaging, the Montgomery Breast Center, and the Baptist Breast Health Center).
Discounts on fees and interest-free payment plans with a maximum two-year duration are available to all self-pay, uninsured patients. Patients may be eligible for increased discounts and charitable assistance, depending on an evaluation of the patient’s or family’s financial need based on the most recent Federal Poverty Guidelines and their capacity to comply with certain requirements. %20Patients%20at%20or%20below%20400%%20of%20the%20Federal%20Poverty%20Guidelines%20may%20qualify%20for%20financial%20assistance Requirements to be considered for financial assistance:
