On our secure website, you can view and pay your bill using a credit card, debit card, or an electronic check. You will create a user ID and password for credit card payment on your first visit. After that, just sign in each month and enter your payment information.
Using SmartHub with your iPhone, iPad, or Android device, you can view your bills, make secure payments, manage your alerts and reminders, and even get push notifications. Free SmartHub downloads are available at Google Play and the Apple Store.

Power is purchased in advance of when you actually use it. PrePay Power gives you flexibility and control over your energy use by letting you decide when and how much to buy. You never receive a monthly bill or deposit and are always aware of your electricity costs. Anytime of the day or night, it is simple to add money to your account using the free SmartHub app, the automated payment system, or a bill payment terminal. When your account balance reaches a predetermined threshold, SmartHub sends you email notifications with a link to a payment portal for your convenience.

Budget Billing is a reliable payment schedule that enables participants to pay a fixed sum each month based on a household’s typical energy usage over the previous 12 months. Members will be charged or given a credit for the difference at the end of the year if actual use is different from the budgeted amount. Available to members with residential accounts who have a minimum of 12 months’ worth of past-due bills at their present address Not available for members renting or leasing their home.
