  • The entire amount will become past due and a Final Notice will be sent if payment is not made by the “PAYMENT MUST REACH US BY” date on your bill.
  • If you receive a Final Notice, you must pay all past-due sums by the Final Notice date to avoid having your water service cut off.
  • If your water is cut off due to non-payment, you must pay your bill in full as well as a turn-on fee before it can be turned back on.
