You can now view your student’s electronic billing statement(s) and submit payment on his or her behalf if your student has designated you as a QuikPAY “authorized user.” Authorized users can submit payments through the QuikPAY system at any time, seven days a week, and can use a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) or an electronic check (U.S. S. checking or savings account). Credit card and E-check information is encrypted and protected using the highest industry standards, and what’s even better is that there are no fees associated with online payments.
*NOTE: For anyone they authorize, students will create a special user name/login and temporary password and will give that information to the authorized user. The College is unable to access or provide you with that information due to security concerns.
At the time of their first login to the QuikPAY system, authorized users will be prompted to change their password.
