AUTO PAY Take these steps if you want your utility bills automatically processed for payment:
- To pay a bill or view your account, click the button below.
- If you don’t already have one, click Register Now to create a new customer login. You must add your utility account(s) after creating your profile.
- Enroll in Auto Pay.
- Your utility account will automatically pay any bills that have a future due date on that day. After enrolling in Auto Pay, make a manual payment if your utility account has a bill with a past-due date.

Applications for these services can be submitted in person, over the phone, by mail, fax, or online. Utility accounts may only have one name listed on them, and whoever’s name is listed there is responsible for paying any bills, deposits, or other charges that may be listed on the bill. The City is not responsible for agreements made between roommates. All accounts must pay a $30 account creation fee, which will be added to the first bill.
