To set up Bill Pay:

  • Sign in to Capital One®.
  • From within your 360 Checking account, select pay bills. At least four business days before the due date, you should set up bill payment through Capital One’s online bill payment service.
  • In order to set up a recurring payment from your new Capital One checking account, locate the vendor name and follow the instructions there.
  • You should log in to your old bank account and stop the recurring payment if you pay your bills from another bank account.
