This system will save you time, money and hassle when it comes to managing your bills, and is a great way to ensure you are always on top of your payments. Paying your bill with Auto Pay or Online
On our website, you can set up auto pay using your checking account, Visa, or MasterCard. Please give auto pay two billing cycles to take effect. Please get in touch with our office if you ever need to update your credit card or checking account information. You’ll also need to give this update two billing cycles to take effect.
If you have enrolled in auto pay and your payment is rejected for any reason your auto pay will be deactivated and you will have to re-enroll. Should your payment be rejected you will receive an email from Click2Gov on the due date notifying you that the payment has been rejected. You can either go online and make a manual payment or you can call our office and make a payment over the phone with a Visa or MasterCard. 850-682-6131
If your payment is declined due to insufficient funds, a $25 fee will apply. 00 service fee.
If your services have been disconnected due to non-payment, DO NOT CLICK “PAY BILL ONLINE.” Your services must be restored in order to be used again, and this fee cannot be paid online. Our computer system won’t let us know that you’ve paid.
A bill will not be deemed paid until remittance has been received at the Utility Billing Department’s office, and the department will not be held accountable for mail delays or other types of transportation losses. Bills are due when they are received, and late fees will be assessed after that date. FAILURE TO RECEIVE YOUR BILL DOES NOT EXCUSE PAYMENT.

But after 3:00 PM, payments received in this box won’t be processed until the following business day. Payments placed in the drop box after 3:00 PM on the Due Date will incur late fees. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, is when the office is open.

Billing Cycle “A” (bills due on the 1st Tuesday of each month) – Routes #13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27.
Billing Cycle “B” (bills due on the 3rd Tuesday of each month) – Routes #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 18, and 99.
If your utility bill is still unpaid as of the first or third Tuesday of the following month, depending on your billing cycle, the cut-off date for each Cycle will be the Wednesday after your bill due date. Without further notice, any account with a past-due balance may be disconnected.

Accounts that experience two nonpayment shutoffs within a 12-month period will be required to make an additional deposit equal to the initial deposit. In addition to any previous deposits, late fees, or service fees, this additional deposit is required. Their services will be suspended until any deposits due under this section are paid.
Any unauthorized connection to the city’s water or utility system, the restoration of service without first adhering to the requirements outlined in the city ordinance, or the intentional mutilation, tampering, or alteration of any component of the city’s water or sewer system are all prohibited. Termination of Services
By providing the City with notice and a forwarding address, a customer may terminate the contract for services at any time. When you stop using the City’s services, the deposit will be deducted from your final bill. However, if you don’t give the City notice, you’ll still be responsible for paying your final bill and the minimum monthly rate even if no water is used while the property is vacant or occupied by someone else who doesn’t apply for service or sign a contract.
