How to Change the Name & Billing Address on Your Account
Your request for a name and/or billing address change on your account must be made in writing and delivered in person to our billing office, which is situated at:
At the time of the request, a genuine piece of government-issued identification and a copy of the deed must be presented.
Requests for final readings can be made verbally at 978-620-3110 during regular business hours, in writing, and mailed to our office.
All requests for final bills must be received by the Water and Sewer Department at least one week beforehand. We will always make an effort to process final bills quickly, but we cannot promise that they will be done in less than a week.
Per Section IV. A. 6. To avoid the possibility of final payments becoming uncollectible due to insufficient funds, payment for all final bills must be made by cash (under $50), certified or bank check, or attorney’s IOLTA check drawn on a Massachusetts bank. To create the final bill, either a visual or an electronic reading may be obtained.
For additional information, please call the Billing Office at 978-620-3110.
