To enhance customer service, the City of Sunrise recently made improvements to our utility billing system.Following the modification, a thorough email explaining how to start and access customer accounts was sent to all email addresses connected to those accounts.We also have a customer help manual available if you run into any problems or want to learn more about managing your account in this improved system.
With the help of our new utility bill payment system, you can now make automatic payments each month with your credit card or bank account without paying any transaction fees.The new Utility Bill Payment System now has a sign-up page where you can easily sign up for our free bank drafting service without having to fill out a separate form.

Call 1-866-335-0510 to pay your utility bill over the phone with a debit card, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. This service is provided free of chargeTo make a phone payment, you will need your Customer ID and Account Number.
Any of these places are welcome to receive your check for drop-off. Each one has a drop box for your convenience 24/7
