Water, sewer, and solid waste services have a monthly billing cycle, and payment is due 10 days after the bill date. Water costs are composed of a base monthly fee and water usage assessed based on monthly meter readings. Residential sewer customers pay a base monthly fee as well as a usage fee for the average amount of water used over the course of the four months of November, December, January, and February. Until your own usage history is established, new customer use is based on the 4,500 gallon monthly winter average.
