The PUD is happy to announce that Sequim and Port Angeles Payment Centers are now operational.The Sequim Payment Centers are located at 216 E. inside the Co-op. Washington St, and inside Country Aire Natural Foods at 200 W 1st St in Port AngelesEveryday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, both locations will be closed for lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.
“Even with the consolidation of the major customer offices in the new Main Office, where customers are offered one-stop shopping, the Commissioners wanted to maintain a presence in both Port Angeles and Sequim,” said Doug Nass, PUD General Manager.These payment centers give us the chance to maintain that presence while also profiting from the efficiencies that both clients and staff will experience at the new Main Office.”

If you use your financial institution’s online bill payment service, please update the PUD payment mailing address for all PUD bills. The PUD’s new mailing address is PO Box 1000, Carlsborg, WA, 98324Some people will mail checks to the PUD instead of using electronic funds transfers when using bill pay through your financial institution.There could be a delay in the PUD receiving your bill payment if the payment mailing address is not updated with your financial institution.Only customers can change the mailing address with their specific financial institution.
