Customers interested in paying their bills with an electronic check, a debit card, or a credit card can do so through Conway Corp. Visa or MasterCard are accepted by the third-party automated payment service Paymentus. In order to proceed, please have your Conway Corp invoice and payment information handy. On the first page of your invoice, in the top right corner, you’ll find your account number. Paymentus will charge a service fee for each transaction. Click here to pay online.
Please note that you must call customer service at (501) 450-6000 with your payment confirmation number if your account is about to be disconnected or has already been disconnected for non-payment. Additional reconnection fees may apply.
K. W. D. : Kilowatt Demand. Applies to nonresidential customers only. Calculator: To determine your electricity usage in kilowatt hours (KWH), multiply the difference between your “to” and “from” meter readings. Past Due: Amount remaining unpaid from previous bills. Electricity Cut-In/Cut-Seal Fee: If service is connected on the weekend or after regular business hours, a cut-In fee is assessed. When a meter seal is cut by someone other than Conway Corporation staff, a cut-seal charge is applied. Water Cut-in Charge: See above. Cost of installing temporary meters at construction sites is known as the “construction meter charge.” Cable TV Fees: This sum includes the standard monthly cable fee as well as any additional service fees or tampering fees.
Conway Corporation provides qualified customers with a way to offset their monthly utility costs. The levelized billing applies only to our electric service. If you believe you could benefit from a levelized billing plan, contact an account manager at our 650 Locust Street location by phone or in person.
Normally meters are read monthly. But occasionally, like in bad weather, we might be unable to read your meter. If this occurs, your bill will be estimated.
Estimates are created by averaging the customer’s usage from the previous month and from the same billing period one year prior.
