Step-By-Step instructions to make a one-time payment, set-up an online profile to view your bill and/or set-up auto payment.
Here are the instructions to set up a new online profile.
- Go to www. covingtonwater. com, select Online Payment, and a credit card will appear.
- Click on Don’t have an account Register Now
- Enter your email address
- Enter your Password then re-enter your Password
- Enter your First & Last Name
- Answer the security questions after entering your phone number and zip code.
- Click on Enroll
- Enter your 9-digit account number without the dash
- Enter your house number only (no street address)
- Leave the options for Account Alias (optional), Paperless No (currently unavailable), and E-Bill Notification for New Bills empty.
- Go to www. covingtonwater. com, select Online Payment, and a credit card will appear.
- Click on Pay Now
- Enter your 9-digit account number without the dash
- Enter your house number only (no street address)
- Enter your Email address and then re-enter your email address
- Click Continue
- Once your account is created select the auto pay tab.
- Click Add Schedule
- If you have multiple accounts, choose the account for which you want to set up auto pay, then click Continue.
- Choose “Add New” to enter and save a fresh payment method, or pick any previously saved preferred payment method. For “Add New” select E-Check, Debit, or Credit. Enter all requested payment information. Once finished, confirm that the debit/credit card number or other information was entered correctly, then click Add.
- Choose the preferred frequency of payments under payment details that best meets your needs. Select “Bill amount on the due date” and leave the dollar amount and optional “End Date” blank if you want to pay the remaining balance in full on the due date.
- To finish the schedule, check the authorization box and then click Create Autopay.
