How long after my testing do I have to wait in order to see my results in my account?

  • When the lab has finished analyzing your blood sample or other sample, it will simultaneously send the results to your doctor and the portal. When all ordered tests are finished and the report is complete, the results will be made available.
  • Please be aware that depending on the test(s) that were performed, final results could take up to two weeks. As soon as your results are made public, we will email you to let you know.

Which tests or what type of tests can I see my results for in my account?

Most of the blood and urine lab tests you’ve had can be seen using your account’s enhanced views on the Trends, Get Smart, and My Labs pages. Go to the My Labs tab at the top of the page to view the results for all of your lab tests in their original lab reports. As soon as you are in My Labs, you can select the Result Options Menu in the page’s upper right corner. From the drop down, click on View Lab Reports. Your lab reports are displayed here in date order, with the most recent report at the top. To view your original lab report in PDF format, click the calendar icon to the left of each listing of lab reports.
