Your line must be active on a $40/mo or higher voice-and-data plan. Simply Data plans are excluded. Auto Pay credit not available with Group Save discounts, multiline discounts or select promotional offers.

  • To turn Auto Pay ON, sign in to My Account.
  • Enter your Cricket Account PIN (if applicable).
  • Input your credit or debit card information.
  • You will need to choose which line will receive a text message if the credit or debit card expires if you have an account with multiple lines.
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  • Select Auto Pay ON.
  • A confirmation screen will appear.
  • Open the myCricket App from your phone and sign in.
  • Tap Account Summary.
  • Tap Sign Up for Auto Pay.
  • Enter your Cricket Account PIN (if applicable).
  • Input your credit or debit card information.
  • You must decide which line on an account with multiple lines will receive text messages about your Auto Pay. Agree to Terms and Conditions and tap Submit.
  • A confirmation screen will appear.

The card you use to set up Auto Pay will be charged for the full amount due on the account each month since you can only use one credit or debit card for it. Plans and features for each line on your account are included here.

You will receive a text message when the credit or debit card you are using for Auto Pay is getting close to expiration. Log into your account, go to Account Summary, and choose Change Auto Pay Preferences to modify the card details or change to a different credit or debit card. Alternately, you could choose Payments from the menu and then scroll down to Change Auto Pay Preferences. Follow the prompts to update your Auto Pay card. To prevent a service interruption, you will need to make manual payments if you don’t update your card information before the card expires.

Using Auto Pay keeps your accounts open and your payments on schedule.

You can turn off Auto Pay online in My Account or in the myCricket app. Just look for the Auto Pay “off” link on the Account Summary page or on the home screen of the app. Follow the steps to turn off Auto Pay. You can also turn off Auto Pay by calling 611 on your phone.
