CVWD charges NO FEES for Online Account Management or Bill Pay

You consent to being bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement by accessing or using the Crescenta Valley Water Districts Online Account Management website. This agreement may be modified at any time by Crescenta Valley Water District, and you acknowledge and agree that such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that the use of our website following any such modifications shall constitute your review, agreement to, and acceptance of the modified agreement.

You are given access to the Crescenta Valley Water District Online Account Management Service so that you can view your account history and pay your statements online. The service is hosted by Boomerang, a third-party vendor that specializes in statement processing and presentation.

Any user planning to use the online payment features should cancel all previous subscriptions to CVWD’s automated services. If you don’t, you risk having multiple withdrawals from your checking account.

The Online Account Management Service will be fully functional, and Crescenta Valley Water District and its partners agree to use all reasonable efforts to ensure this, as well as to promptly resolve any disputes that may arise. The Agreement’s terms may occasionally be changed or amended by CVWD. If this happens, we’ll notify you in accordance with the law by posting the change to our website and sending you an email. By checking the box below or using CVWD’s account management system in any other way, you agree that this Agreement and any other disclosures and communications between you and CVWD pertaining to online account management may be made electronically, including by CVWD posting to its website in accordance with applicable law.
