CVWD charges NO FEES for Online Account Management or Bill Pay
You consent to being bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement by accessing or using the Crescenta Valley Water Districts Online Account Management website. This agreement may be modified at any time by Crescenta Valley Water District, and you acknowledge and agree that such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that the use of our website following any such modifications shall constitute your review, agreement to, and acceptance of the modified agreement.
You are given access to the Crescenta Valley Water District Online Account Management Service so that you can view your account history and pay your statements online. The service is hosted by Boomerang, a third-party vendor that specializes in statement processing and presentation.
Any user planning to use the online payment features should cancel all previous subscriptions to CVWD’s automated services. If you don’t, you risk having multiple withdrawals from your checking account.
The Online Account Management Service will be fully functional, and Crescenta Valley Water District and its partners agree to use all reasonable efforts to ensure this, as well as to promptly resolve any disputes that may arise. The accuracy or timeliness of email messages you receive may be impacted by issues with public communications facilities outside of Crescenta Valley Water District’s control.

Any mistakes or legitimate payment problems will be resolved in accordance with standard District policies, and fixed right away if practicable.
Crescenta Valley Water District is committed to protecting your privacy. Your data is gathered and stored by the District’s vendor and used solely for processing payments and online statement display. No personal data submitted to this website online is saved or maintained by Crescenta Valley Water District. No information is accessible to third parties and is stored in the secure billing system.
You acknowledge that using Crescenta Valley Water District’s online account management services will not involve you knowingly providing false information. Additionally, you agree that you won’t alter or forge any information in any way in the emails you receive as part of the Online Account Management service. Any use of false, inaccurate, or deceptive payment data (such as NSF, closed accounts, etc.) ) could result in fees and charges from your banking company as well as a $35 charge from Crescenta Valley Water District.

Recurring payments may be canceled at any time and without charge. You can cancel any time before a posting date using the online option if you want to stop automatic payments but keep using account management to pay individual bills. Recurring payments can also be stopped at any time prior to a posting date by visiting the main office in person.
Your use of the online account management system may be suspended or terminated by CVWD at any time, without warning, and for any reason. By posting on our website or sending you notice of termination in another way, we’ll try to give you advance notice of any suspension or termination. But CVWD won’t be responsible for any failure to do so. Both the suspension and discontinuation of online payments have no bearing on your responsibility for any transactions made using your password on a website.

The Agreement’s terms may occasionally be changed or amended by CVWD. If this happens, we’ll notify you in accordance with the law by posting the change to our website and sending you an email. Any use of online account management following our notification of changes will signify your acceptance of those changes.
By checking the box below or using CVWD’s account management system in any other way, you agree that this Agreement and any other disclosures and communications between you and CVWD pertaining to online account management may be made electronically, including by CVWD posting to its website in accordance with applicable law. Any electronic disclosure or communication made by CVWD will be deemed made once it has been transmitted.
