The only two requirements to be eligible are: 1) a driver’s license or other state-issued identification as proof of residence; and 2) a loss of income document (such as a letter confirming unemployment or a letter from an employer).)

Based on your family size, this program started in 2019 to help low-income customers.If accepted, for two years, DELCORA will pay up to $500 of your bill each billing cycle after you pay half. After two years, customers must apply again to become eligible

The Delaware County Community Action Agency (CAADC), which manages customer processing, oversees this program. CAADC requires the following information:
