Here’s how to add the information to your payee list if you want to send an online bill payment to a new recipient:
- Tap “Pay and Transfer” after logging in to the Chase Mobile® app.

- Start typing the payee’s name by tapping “Add a payee”
Choose a payee from potential matches or add manually
Enter your Account number and tap “Next”
Enter the payee ZIP code
Confirm and choose the payee address
Review the information to make sure everything looks correct
