The monthly billing statement and the current account balance in DukeHub (found on the “What I Owe” or “Account Activity” screens) are the two ways that Duke students can access information about their bill and student account.
Financial aid and payments will show as negative numbers that lower your balance, while charges will show as positive numbers. To see your current balance, scroll to the current term and look at the sum at the bottom of that term. Loading.

- Check to see if all of the aid and payments are listed in the current terms transaction summary if your balance is higher than you anticipated. Check your financial aid to-do list to make sure you have fulfilled all of your financial aid requirements if something you expected to display doesn’t.
We advise using DukeHub’s “Account Activity” or “What I Owe” screen to view current charges and your live account balance once a semester has started. As soon as new fees or financial aid are added, your monthly bursar bill will no longer be accurate.
