Step 1: Go to FedEx Freight Billing Online’s login page or visit fedex com, select Billing under the Support tab.
Step 2: Click Login after entering your User ID and Password.
The account summary page will be the first screen you see. Within this dashboard you can:
- Update and manage account settings, such as contact details and payment options.
Several additional billing options are also manageable from the dashboard. Make sure you are logged into your Freight Billing Online dashboard before beginning the step-by-step instructions below.
Step 1: Log in to your Freight Billing Online account.
Step 2: Select Settings tab to view account information.
NOTE: The user will not be able to view any information about the relevant account(s) if they do not enter the debtor account(s) in this section.
Step 3: Select Payment Settings from the left menu view.
You can view, modify, or add payment options on this page. Select previously added payment methods to modify or delete them. You can select “add bank account” or “add credit card”. Complete all required information and save your payment method.
Step 1: Log in to your Freight Billing Online account.
Step 2: Click the Open or Closed tabs to view open invoices or closed invoices, respectively.
Step 3: Select the checkbox (or checkboxes) next to each invoice you want to print to make your selections.
Step 4: Select Print to generate a printable page. The invoice may also be downloaded to your computer or device by choosing Download.
Step 1: Log in to your Freight Billing Online account.
Step 2: Decide which bills you want to pay by checking the box (or boxes) next to each bill that needs to be paid.
Step 3: Select Pay Invoices. You will be taken to the Account Payment Details page.
Step 4: Verify the information you have provided by choosing a payment account, a payment date, and entering a payment amount. Select Next to be taken to the Authorization page.
Step 5: Authorize your payment to get an email and website confirmation right away.

NOTE: Whether the invoice is open or closed, the customer has 180 days to file a dispute. FedEx will get in touch with the customer if there are any issues. If the dispute is accepted, the amount due on the invoice will be reflected with the credit amount.

Step 2: To view your paid invoices, select the Payment History tab.
You can view a list of all Freight Billing Online payments and their status on the Payment History page. This includes when a payment is scheduled, completed or canceled. Your confirmation number is also available in the Payment History section. Select the checkbox (or checkboxes) next to the invoice, then click Download to download paid invoices.
