- Sign in to the MyFrontier app for Android or iOS
- From your dashboard, tap Make a Payment. Or tap the billing icon then Make a Payment.
- Choose how much you want to pay: the total balance, the amount owed, or a custom amount. Tap Select amount.
- Choose a payment date and tap Select payment date.
- Choose your payment method and tap Select payment method.
- Tap the Pay button.
How to make a one-time payment from your online account
- Sign in to your online account.
- Click Pay Bill. Or select My Payments then Make a Payment.
- Select the payment amount, date and method.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Click Submit.
- Go to the Express Pay page.
- Click Continue after entering your account number, email address, or ZIP code.
- Fill out the form with your name, payment amount, bank account information, credit card or debit card details, and email.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Click Submit.
To make a phone bill payment, dial 1-800-801-6652 to reach our automated system. The use of our automated system for phone payments is free.
You can also speak with an agent to pay your bill. For this option, a service charge up to $10 will be charged.
Payments made over the phone can be made with a bank account, debit card, or a major credit card, and they are immediately posted to your account.
When you call, please be prepared with your 17-digit Frontier account number from your bill.
Write your 17-digit account number on the “For” line and make your check payable to Frontier. There is no charge for mailing in a check or money order.
Note: Payments are posted to your account after 5:30 p. m. on the day they are received.

How do I add or update a payment method online?
- Sign in to My Account.
- On the My Account screen, select Manage Payment Methods under the My Payments tab.
- Select Add/Edit Payment Method.
- If not already chosen, choose Bank account or Credit/Debit and finish the form.
- Select Add to add the payment method to your account and confirm the information.
Then add a new bank account by following the guidelines above. Note: To change your saved bank account, choose Delete next to the existing one.
How do I edit a scheduled payment in the MyFrontier app?
- Sign in to the app
- Tap Billing then History
- Select the scheduled payment you want to edit. Tap Edit Payment.
- Change your payment amount, date or payment method. Tap Update Payment.
- Sign in to My Account.
- Select Payment Activity in the My Payments tab.
- To change the payment method, sum, date, or cancel the transaction, select Edit.
- The payment cannot be changed if it is marked as In Progress.
