When paying your bill online, take note that your account may be disconnected if it is more than 30 days past due. Please refer to the bullets below once your payment has been processed if you have already been disconnected or are about to be disconnected.

When your water is cut off, call the office at 228-868-5720 to arrange for a reconnection. • Disconnections may already be in process. • Reconnections are carried out manually by field crews rather than automatically. • Payment must be made and a reconnection scheduled before 3:00pm in order to receive same-day reconnection service. Please note, reconnections for the day start after 3:00 p. m. • Before reconnecting service after a disconnection, the balance must be paid in full. • Payments received after 3 PM will be processed the next business day. • Reconnections after hours are possible for an extra $50, which must be paid in the office. This fee cannot be paid over the phone or online.
• Online and Pay-by-phone transactions can take up to two business days to process completely.
