HEA has recently updated the online payment portal. Members will log in to the upgraded portal using their account number and might need to reset their password. Please see instructions below. We appreciate your patience as we make these system upgrades.
Visit the “Make Payment” page on our online payment portal after logging in. Visa, American Express, and electronic checks are accepted forms of payment.
- In the event that a member’s current password is less than 10 characters, they will need to create a new one. Members must click the “Forgot Password?” link in order to set up a new password. ”.
- Members can no longer login with their member number. Their member sep number (i. e. account #99999-001) must be used to log in.
- Members must now use their password to log into the secure portal after receiving an e-bill notification in order to view their bill. There will be a prompt to create a login/user ID if one hasn’t been created yet.
Save time and postage by making a payment by phone. All you need for this service, which is available around-the-clock, is your account number and a credit/debit card.
Visit the drive-through window at the Kenai office, which opens at 9:00 a.m., or the lobby of the Homer HEA office. m. to 4:00 p. m. , Monday through Friday (except holidays) until further notice.
Drop off your cash at the HEA offices in Homer or Kenai’s drop boxes.
Each month, HEA will automatically deduct your payment from the specified bank account. To sign up, call or visit an HEA office with a voided check, or download an application (PDF) and mail it in.
On the day of the scheduled draft, your payment is charged to your credit card. Call our office to set up this service. You can pay by Visa and American Express.
By paying the same amount in December as you do in June, you can simplify bill paying and even out your electric payments with Budget Billing. Enrollment is in March, April and May. Please contact one of our offices for more information.
