There is a small $2. Paymentus charges a 95 convenience fee for this service per transaction. Transactions are limited to $500 at this time. Multiple transactions will be necessary to complete payment if the invoice is for more than $500. Customers can call 844-291-3552 to pay by automated phone system. This service also includes the convenience fee.

Paymentus is a third party vendor. Any bank draft payments made online through Paymentus and through HVUD will not automatically update OR cancel the other payment options. These two options are not linked. Please log into Paymentus to update online payments made with Paymentus and notify HVUD of any changes to bank drafts. Any bank draft is valid until it is cancelled by calling customer service at HVUD at 615-352-7076.

Your monthly bill includes return envelopes for your convenience. These payments should be made to the HVUD bank lockbox in Nashville, Tennessee.

You can deposit payments at the Bellevue Pinnacle Bank’s night drop box after business hours. Please be sure to mark envelope as HVUD payment.

IF THE ACCOUNT IS PAST DUE:

Please note, past due balances may cause interruption to service.

If service is cut off for non-payment, it won’t be restarted until the full amount that’s past due and all associated penalties and fees are paid. Please contact Customer Service at (615) 352-7076. Service will not be automatically restored if payments are made through the system without first contacting the Harpeth Valley Utilities District.
