When you can run most of your errands from one location, life is simpler. You can view your health history, view your member ID card, upload photos, record notes, and email your member ID card to your doctor’s office using the IBX app. And now, it’s better than ever.
With the IBX app, you can use your iPhone or Android smartphone to pay your premium. You can view the amount due each month, provide the details for your bank account or prepaid debit card, and send your payment. Just tap Member Services, and select Pay My Bill. Please be aware that the IBX app must be updated in order to use this feature, so make sure to do so!
Your iPhone or Android device connects to your IBXpress using the free IBX app. com account when you’re on the go. Just download the app and log in with your ibxpress. com username and password — it’s that simple.
