Enroll in Auto Pay to enjoy the convenience of having your bill paid each month automatically from your bank account or credit card. Due dates and late fees are no longer a concern for you as payments are automatically deducted from your account each month. You will be able to add, modify, and remove any payment accounts you have set up to automatically pay your bill each month for each account you have with us.

Instead of paying for high usage amounts in one season and low usage amounts in another season, budget billing enables you to levelize your bill and pay an average amount each month. Each month, your bill will display the balance of your spending plan.

You will receive a monthly email notification that your bill is available in SmartHub, saving trees and your time. Note: All accounts associated with your email address will be covered by the Paperless Billing enrollment.

* An EFT, or electronic funds transfer, can be made using a checking or savings account.

When a bill is due, CORE’s AutoPay program will automatically withdraw the full amount due from your checking/savings or credit/debit account. A credit will be applied to your subsequent month’s bill for any payments made earlier than the due date.

For checking/savings enrollment, log into My Account and select Payment/Automatic Payments. For debit/credit, log into My Account and select Payment/Online Payment/Make a Payment.

To change your checking/savings account information, call us at 800-332-9540. To change your credit/debit info, log into My Account and select Payment/Online Payment/Make a Payment/AutoPay.

IMPORTANT: Enrollment processing may take up to 5 business days. Any bill that is generated before enrollment processing is finished will not be eligible for AutoPay. Pay a bill that you receive using a different method if the payment slip does not say “automatic payment.”

To temporarily suspend AutoPay, please call us at 800-332-9540 at least 5 days before your bill is due. To cancel your checking/savings enrollment, login to My Account and select Payment/Automatic Payments. For debit/credit, log into My Account and select Payment/Online Payment/Make a Payment/AutoPay.

AutoPay is not transferable from one account to another. Moving will result in a new account number, so AutoPay will need to be re-enrolled.

The Instant Pay option is available to members who have signed up for eBilling and enables payments to be made without opening the eBill PDF.

Open your eBill, enter your payment information, and select the box next to “Save Payment Details” to initiate Instant Pay for the first time. You’ll see a “Pay Total Amount Due” button on your subsequent eBill.
