The City of Kirkland recently changed the address where payments should be sent. The new address is PO Box 3528, Seattle, WA 98124-3528Please update the mailing information if you pay bills using bill pay through your bank or another third-party processor to prevent payment receipt delays.
Payments are due on the billing date indicated on your statement, and they go past due 30 days after that.On the 31st day, a 10% late fee will be added.Before the due date, no more bill notices will be sent. Payments received after 3 pmthe following day, your account will be credited for any payments made on time.
Your utility payments can be processed through our third-party online billing service (Paymentus).Additionally, you can receive emails from this service when a new bill is generated and when a payment is made.Through Paymentus, you can handle one-time payments or recurring payments, and you can view a copy of your bill online.
