We have several payment options on My Kohl’s Card. You can make a payment today, set a payment for a future date and enroll in AutoPay which will pay your account every month.

All payment options are found on the Payments page. If there is a payment due, you can access the page from the main Account page, the side menu, or the “Make a Payment” button.

To set up AutoPay or make a payment, you must first add a checking or savings account in My Kohl’s Card. On My Kohl’s Card, we only use one account and store checking/savings accounts. If you want to pay with another tender (i. e. debit card), please pay in-store or contact us at 800-564-5740.

  • From the Payments page, click “Manage” under “Payment accounts”. Your number of stored accounts in My Kohl’s Card is displayed above the button.
  • You can view every payment account that has been added to your My Kohl’s Card on the Payment accounts page.
  • To add a new payment account, click “Add Payment Account”. You can only have one payment account. Click “Edit” or “Delete” to make the necessary changes to the account. ” .
  • You must enter your bank information in the sidebar that appears. Checking or savings (we accept savings accounts, but your savings account must be set up to allow withdrawals): Enter your nine-digit routing number, which can be found on the bottom of your check. Re-enter your account number.
  • Mark the “I acknowledge that I am the owner of the account mentioned above and have the authority to make payments” checkbox.
  • Click “Add pay from account”.

You can set the date of the payment and pay with your Kohl’s Card in a variety of amounts.

  • From the Payments page, click “Make a Payment”.
  • You have four payment amount choices in the sidebar that appears: Minimum payment due (amount to pay in order to avoid a late fee); Last statement balance; Current balance; Other amount, enter the actual amount.
  • Choose the day you want to send the payment (today is the default). Make your payment before 7 p.m. if you want it to be processed the same day. m. CT. A payment may be planned 180 days in advance.
  • Select the payment account you want to use.
  • Click “Review Payment”.
  • Review the payment information and the terms and conditions on the new page.
  • Select “I have accessed, read, and acknowledged the Terms and Conditions” from the drop-down menu.
  • Click “Submit payment”.
  • When your payment is scheduled, a confirmation screen will appear.

Use our AutoPay feature if you want convenience or a way to set up recurring payments on your Kohl’s Card. On the due date, you can decide how much you want to pay each month.

Please be aware that if you have AutoPay set up for your account, your payment for the current month is still due. Your AutoPay settings will start in the next billing cycle.

  • You’ll see a confirmation that you are now enrolled. Please note your current month’s payment is still due. Your AutoPay settings will start in the next billing cycle.

Go to the AutoPay page by clicking the “Manage” button in the AutoPay section if you want to cancel your AutoPay. At the bottom of the page, click “Turn AutoPay off”. You will be presented with a prompt asking you to accept disabling AutoPay. A new prompt informing you that AutoPay was disabled will appear after you confirm.

On the Payments page, you can view and even cancel payments for future transactions. Pending payments will show in the “Payments activity” section. You can see the confirmation number, date, amount and status. On the right side of the screen, there are two icons. To change or cancel your payment, click the pencil icon or the square with an X.

You will see a prompt asking you to confirm the cancellation if you decide to cancel a payment. A new prompt informing you that the payment was canceled will show up after you confirm.
