Lehigh County Authority Bill Pay

Our employees work to uphold this commitment by maintaining a constant focus on our clients’ needs and by providing services that are of the highest caliber in terms of professionalism, quality, and flexibility. We work to provide more than 55,000 customers in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh County and Northampton County with high-quality, affordable, reliable, and safe water and sewer service. In many areas of western and northern Lehigh County, we also offer sewer service at the municipal and customer levels.

A nine-member Board of Directors, chosen by the County of Lehigh, which founded LCA in 1966, is in charge of the organization. LCA is a non-profit, public agency. We receive all of our funding for our operations and services from our water and wastewater customers, and the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act controls how we set our rates. Learn More!.
