Each account is billed once a month by the City, which is divided into four cycles.A $10 late fee is applied to accounts that are unpaid for 25 days after the bill’s due date. Accounts unpaid after 45 days are subject to disconnectionCustomers will be charged a $25 reconnect fee if their accounts are disconnected.Before the City can reconnect service, customers must pay any outstanding balances.
