There are no refunds for services rendered. If customer (“you” or “your”) voluntarily terminates your contract with MetroNet (“us”) and you have paid us in advance for services that we have not yet provided, you may ask for a refund up to the amount of the credits shown on your final invoice after receiving a final invoice from us. The following requirements must be met for any such refunds: Your account must be current. You must return to us all of the equipment we gave you in good working order.
