When paying through the Portal, you represent that you are the account holder listed on the page or an authorized representative of that account. You also give MetroNet permission to electronically or using another commercially acceptable method deduct the specified amount for your MetroNet bill from the account listed on the page. Until the company issuing the account accepts and posts the deduction or an authorization is declined, this authorization will be in place. You also acknowledge that if any charge submitted by MetroNet for your use is rejected, charged back, or otherwise refused for any reason, this agreement does not release you from your obligation to pay for MetroNet services.

By enabling automatic payments, you represent that you are the account holder listed on the page or an authorized representative of that account. You also give MetroNet permission to electronically or through another commercially acceptable means deduct funds from the account listed on the page in order to maintain a “current” account status with MetroNet on a MONTHLY basis. There are no refunds for services rendered. If customer (“you” or “your”) voluntarily terminates your contract with MetroNet (“us”) and you have paid us in advance for services that we have not yet provided, you may ask for a refund up to the amount of the credits shown on your final invoice after receiving a final invoice from us. The following requirements must be met for any such refunds: Your account must be current. You must return to us all of the equipment we gave you in good working order.
