Utility Billing
Billing and payment collection for the City of Mission’s water, garbage, drainage, and sewer services are the responsibility of the business office. We are located inside City Hall at 1201 E. 8th Street. Lobby hours of operation are from 8 a. m. to 5 p. m. Monday-Friday.
Connecting New Utility Services
Customers must apply in person at the Business Office in City Hall for water, waste-water, and/or sanitation services from the City of Mission. - Temporary disconnection means you will be billed $2. 50 for each month you are absent, plus $20 in service fees to get your service back.
