NCTC’s committed to providing quality education at a reasonable cost. Cost of attendance, usually paid through the Business Office, includes tuition, fees, books and supplies, and room and board.
- Log into your MyNCTC
- Go to Student Services
- Click Financial
- Navigate to Payment Options and choose the appropriate term from the drop-down menu.
- Choose either one time payment or enroll in payment plan

- Bring up MyNCTC and sign in with your NetID and Student ID.
- Click the Student Services tab
- Select the Financials option from the left.
- Click on Herring Bank and follow the prompts.
More options are available the sooner you sign up, and payments are deducted automatically from your bank account or credit card.
The standard tuition rate for Texans is the in-state rate. Cooke County and Graham ISD residents pay branch campus taxes or ad valorem taxes, which lowers their tuition costs.
