The Northshore Utility District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers.

Attention: You must register on the Customer Web Portal in order to use online payment services. This includes customers registered with the previous payment system. This modification resulted from the purchase of a new secure payment provider. To register for an account, click here.

A customer web portal (CWP) allows for online payment processing. Customers can use the portal to pay their bills whenever they want, day or night, seven days a week. The payment portal accepts electronic checks (eChecks), Visa, and Mastercard.

Customers no longer need to worry about writing checks, paying postage, or running the risk of expensive late fees by setting up automatic payments for their bimonthly bills. You can set up AutoPay to take payments from credit or debit cards, as well as from checking or savings accounts. Customers will continue to receive statements indicating approximate payment date. Payments made through AutoPay will be processed before the early payment discount date. For credit card payments we ONLY accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

Payments may be received in the office at 6830 NE 185th St., Kenmore, WA 98028 (Google Directions). Office hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday-Friday. For credit card payments we ONLY accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

Additionally, payments may be accepted at the District parking lot’s flagpole or at the front office door’s 24-hour drop boxes.

Payments for drop boxes are taken once daily at 8:00 am. All payments received at 8:00 am on billing days are posted to customer accounts before billing. Please pay inside or online to guarantee immediate posting of payments.
