How do I speak to a person at OGE?
Residential customers can reach customer service by dialing 405-272-9741 (OKC) or 800-272-9741 (all other areas) starting at 8 a.m.m to 5 pm, Monday through Friday Business customers can call 888-988-9747 or email [email protected] to contact the Business Advantage Group
Can I pay OGE with Apple pay?
Pay with a debit or credit card from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, or your bank account.
How do I get the OGE activation code?
Customers must access www in order to activate their online accounts.ogecom and enter the unique activation code that will be printed on their January electric bill.Alford explained, “A menu will ask them to enter a password and user name.”
Did OG&E raise their rates?
This is the first base rate increase for OG&E since 2017.However, the base rate is only one component of a bill.Another line item that will be included on customers’ bills for the following three decades is a fee of over $3 per month to cover fuel expenses OG&E incurred because of Winter Storm Uri in 2021.
