HOW AUTOPAY WORKS
- On the due date of your bill, we will debit the full amount of your monthly natural gas service fees directly from your checking or savings account at no additional cost to you.
- Each month, you continue to receive a thorough copy of your bill. Two (2) weeks before we draft your account, it should arrive. By doing so, you can plan accordingly and get in touch with us if you have any questions.
- By logging into your account, you can see your most recent statement.
Eligibility:
You must have a U. S. checking or savings account at a U. S. bank, your account must be current, and you must meet our predetermined credit standards.
After I enroll, how long before the plan takes effect?Your current bill amount will not be drafted from your bank account. The plan will be effective on the date indicated on your next bill statement.
- How to Enroll Online: Log in to your online account. If your account supports automatic payments, you will see a listing for it in the top box, directly to the right of the payment amount. To enroll, click the toggle switch next to “Automatic Payment”. A program page will appear. Fill out the information and click “NEXT. Confirm the information presented in the Confirm Automatic Payment Details section. Select the “ENROLL” button. Telephone: Dial 1-800-664-5463 to enroll using our Interactive Voice Response system. Choose 2 for Account Information from the main menu before choosing 3 for Payment Plans. Finally, for Automatic Bank Draft, select 4. When contacting customer service, dial 1-800-664-5463 and press 0 after the welcome message to request enrollment forms. Representatives are available 7 a. m. to 7 p. m. CT, Monday through Friday.
- To Cancel Enrollment Online: Log in to your online account. Click the toggle switch next to “Automatic Payment” in the top box. A program window will appear. Select the blue button, “UNENROLL”. You’ll see a message informing you that you’ve been removed from the program. By Email: To request that we take your account out of automatic payment, send us an email using the “Contact Us” button. Telephone: To cancel your enrollment, call 1-800-664-5463 and press 0 when the automated voice answers to connect with a representative. Representatives are available 7 a. m. to 7 p. m. CT, Monday through Friday.
- Log into your online account to update automatic payment. Click the toggle switch next to “Automatic Payment” in the top box. A program window will appear. Select the button, “MANAGE MY BANK INFORMATION”. On the Manage Payment Methods page, select the update toggle. Keep the default Checking option or select the Saving text. Enter a new Routing Number and Bank Information Number. Click the “SAVE” button. By phone: Dial 1-800-664-5463 to use our Interactive Voice Response system to make changes to your Automatic Payment program. Select 4 for Billing Options after entering your account details, and then select 3 for Automatic Payment.

Please send the tear-off portion of your monthly statement with your check, and include your account number.
More than 500 payment locations, including authorized pay agents, payment drop boxes, and kiosks, are provided by Oklahoma Natural Gas Company so that you can pay your bill in person. Please be aware that it may take a few days for payments made using these methods to post to your account. It is crucial that you get in touch with us right away and provide your payment information if you receive a cutoff notice. A fee may be assessed by the provider.
