Please Note: As an additional security measure to better detect fraud, OUC has implemented new bank account validation rules for eCheck payments that take effect on March 19, 2022. After validation, the information can be saved on your myOUC. com or phone profile for future use. Pay by Credit/Debit Card
Residential There is a $2 processing fee for credit/debit card payments from residential customers made over the phone or through myOUC. 50 per transaction under $1,000. Bill2Pay, a third-party vendor, processes payments safely and securely, and they show up as B2P* OUC on your statement. Commercial There is a $5 processing fee per $1,000 of credit/debit card payments made by commercial customers over the phone or through myOUC. OUC may deduct the monthly utility statement amount from your checking or savings account using this automatic bill payment system.
The automatic debit of a credit card as a recurring payment option is not provided by OUC.
