Explanation of Billing, Late Fees and Returned Checks

Payments are due and payable upon receipt. When an electric bill is considered past due and not paid within 25 days of the original billing date, a 1 5% penalty fee.

Any past-due bills must be paid in full within 7 days to avoid being disconnected. Within seven days of mailing the delinquent notice, an electric service disconnect notice along with a $10 delinquent fee will be sent to the address provided.
