Only 21 days are given by Pineville Communications and Electric Company for payment of monthly bills.On the last day of the current month, invoices are mailed or sent by email.If the 21st falls on a holiday or the weekend, you have until the end of the next business day to make your payment before service is stopped.Our business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Payments can be made using the following methods:
An automated payment reminder will be sent via our system to the primary phone number and/or email address we have on file if payment is not received by the 15th of each month.Just so you know, it is your responsibility to ensure that you update your file with the correct information if your primary contact information changes.A second reminder will be sent utilizing the same procedure if payment is still not received by the twentieth of the month. After that, the disconnect policy outlined above will be executedThe current billing, reconnection costs, and any required deposits will be paid before service is restored if the service is interrupted for non-payment.Only during our regular business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, do we restore service.
