All you need is your Poka Lambro account number when you call.
When prompted, enter either the last four digits of your social security number or the federal tax ID number linked to your account to prove your identity. Before making a payment, you must first create a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). Each time you use Pay-by-Phone, you will be prompted to enter your Poka Lambro account number and PIN.
You’ll be able to use your debit or credit card to securely make a payment over the phone or check the balance of your account. The system is automated. You are the one who enters all of your personal data, including your card number and payment amount. Remember to choose that option after entering your new information if you want to set up an automatic recurring monthly payment. How to change or update a card:
Please keep in mind to update your information whenever a new debit or credit card is issued to you if you have chosen to store your debit or credit card information. Call the “Pay-by-Phone” number and follow the voice instructions to edit your information (Option 4) to enter a new card or new expiration date.
