If you received a termination notice:

  • View your options to prevent your shut off by clicking “Get Help Paying” and following the directions.

If you’re not currently on a payment agreement:

  • To prevent your scheduled termination and gradually pay off your past-due balance, apply for a new one.

If your payment agreement is past due:

  • Review the cost necessary to end your shutoff and resume your agreement.
  • In the event that you are unable to make that payment, check our bill help page to see if you are eligible for one of our income-eligible assistance programs, such as Operation HELP, LIHEAP, and ERAP, which can assist you in paying the required sum to prevent your scheduled shut off.
  • The income requirements for OnTrack, a long-term payment plan that offers lower monthly payments and debt forgiveness, are also available for your review.
