The Online Bill Pay app (powered by Bill. com) charges $0. 99 per ACH transaction and $1. 99 per check. The Pay Bills Online page is where you can go if you want to cancel your account. Please make sure you have no pending transactions before continuing. Once youre ready, heres how to do it:
- Click the + New button.
- Select Pay Bills Online.
- On the Pay Bills Online page, select the Gear icon. Then, choose Cancel Subscription.
- Enter your cancelation reason, then click Cancel now.
- Youll receive an email once the cancelation is complete.
By the way, the program includes a built-in bill payment tool that can assist you in managing your cash flow. You can now schedule and pay bills directly from QuickBooks Online using bank transfers and debit cards thanks to the new Bill Pay powered by Melio feature.
