In some of our stores nationwide, we now let customers pay with cash as a method of payment. Depending on the location, services may be available 24/7. You can now use the bar codes on the reverse of your bill to make cash payments at participating businesses. A convenience fee of $1. 99 will apply.

ONLINE SERVICES – BILL PAY, AUTOPAY & E-BILLS

The online bill payment system is the newest service we offer to customers. Online credit card bill payment is available to customers without any service or processing fees. This service is available to customers with an online account. Creating an online account is fast and easy.

Online accounts are safe and secure. With an online account, you can consolidate multiple accounts under a single user name and password, receive bills electronically rather than on paper, and make one-time or recurring payments from a checking account or credit card.

TELEPHONE PAYMENTS

Customers who lack internet access or prefer not to pay online can use the telephone payment system. After hours, clients can use an automated phone system to pay their bills by dialing 909-820-2546 and following the simple English or Spanish instructions.

Residential water and Sewer deposits are required to establish service. After two years of on-time payments and never having been placed on the turn-off list, deposits are credited back to the account. Residential water service deposits are equal to two (2) times the property’s average monthly consumption over the previous twelve (12) months. Residential sewer deposits are $103.

Water and sewer bills are due and payable immediately; they become past due twenty-five (25) days after the date of billing.

If%20an%20account%20is%20delinquent%20for%20non-payment,%20a%20delinquent%20fee%20totaling%2010%%20of%20current%20charges%20and%201 5% of the past due balance.

The customer will have ten (10) days from the following regular billing date to pay any prior balance if a bill includes one. If payment is not made by the end of the ten (10) days, turn-off procedures will start, and a $52 reconnection fee will be added to the list. 00 will be added to your bill.

If service is interrupted and restoration is requested outside of business hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday, the restoration fee is $106. 70 payable by noon of the next working day.

If the account is still unpaid ten (10) days after service has been terminated, the customer’s deposit will be applied to the unpaid balance, and the account will be closed. Once a deposit has been reconstituted and all outstanding charges have been paid, service will resume.

Due to processing, payments made within one (1) day of the current bill’s generation and mailing will not be reflected on the bill.

Please be aware, per City of Rialto Resolution #5074 and #4746, ready to serve charges are billed monthly, whether or not the property is occupied. Charges for ready to serve become the owner’s responsibility if the property is left unoccupied.
