Can a business enroll in the Due Date Option Plan?

No, the same 28-day billing cycle will continue to apply to your bill. It’s possible that the customer will receive their subsequent bill before the first one is due, depending on the due date they choose. If the bill is paid by the chosen due date, it won’t be regarded as being past due. The selected due date will be printed on the bill.

Can I enroll if I participate in ACH/Bank Draft and/or Equal Pay?

Yes. While enrolled in the Due Date Option Plan, you can still take part in one or both options.

Can I change my due date once I have chosen one?

After choosing a due date, the customer is unable to frequently change that date. Due date changes will be approved on a case-by-case situation. The customer can choose the due date that best fits their financial situation using the due date option.

Customers have the option to choose to be removed from the program if the due date option is ineffective for them.

Will I receive a late penalty if I pay after my chosen due date?

Customers are allowed a 2 day grace period. A late fee will be assessed if a customer pays their bill more than two days after the due date.
