eBill
You can view and pay your monthly gas bill using eBill, a free service, on My Access Online. You will receive an email when your eBill is available to view rather than a monthly paper bill. Following your eBill enrollment, you will have the choice to pay your bills online for free with a checking or savings account.
Direct Payment Plan
When you sign up for the Direct Payment Plan, the full amount of your monthly bills will be automatically taken out of your checking or savings account on the due date. Best of all, the service is free.
Enrollment is easy! Avoid late or missed payments, writing checks, or buying stamps.
Call customer service at 1-800-624-2019 for more information on the Direct Payment Plan. Simply log into My Access Online or Click Here to print the enrollment form if you choose to sign up for the Direct Payment Plan. You must provide the routing number for the checking or savings account that you are authorizing payments to be taken out of. Please allow 30 days for enrollment processing.
Online
If you decide against signing up for eBill, you can still pay your bill using My Access Online. You can use your credit card or an electronic check to make payments. Your SEMCO account number and the street name must be available in order to register or make a one-time payment. A fee of $3. 50 will apply.
By Phone
Additionally, SEMCO ENERGY accepts payments by credit card and electronic check over the phone and via its automated 24-hour phone system. To pay with your VISA, Discover, MasterCard, or electronic check, simply dial 1-800-624-2019. Have a credit card or bank account number, as well as your SEMCO account number, ready. A fee of $3. 50 will apply.
In Person
You can pay your gas bill in person at conveniently located retailers for a small fee through SEMCO’s APS Bill Payment Program. Just look for signs saying “Pay your SEMCO bill here” in the windows of our participating businesses. Bring only your bill or pay stub to complete the transaction.
