Payment of bills can often be a daunting task; however, the process of bill pay can be made more convenient through online services. SLU Bill Pay provides an online system to conveniently and securely pay bills and manage finances. Developed by Saint Louis University, SLU Bill Pay is available to all members of the SLU community, including students, faculty, and staff. With SLU Bill Pay, users have access to features such as recurring payments, one-time payments, automatic payments, and paperless bills. The service also provides users with an up-to-date overview of their finances, allowing them to make informed decisions. With its user-friendly interface, SLU Bill Pay offers an easy and secure solution to managing your finances and paying bills.

Payment Due Dates:
- Summer semester: June 1, July 1
- Fall semester: Aug. 3, Sept. 1, Oct. 3, Nov. 1 and Dec. 1.
- Spring semester: Jan. 4, Feb. 1, March 1, April 3 and May 1.
Payments are always due on the first of each month. Payments are due on the first business day after the weekend or holiday if the first falls on one of those days.

Independent of MySLU, students can grant you access to Payment Suite and their e-bill if you’re their parent, legal guardian, or another third party. This process requires two steps:
- Become an authorized user and obtain a password. Students can register you as an authorized user by using the Payment Suite (mySLU Apps). The student’s provided email address will receive a password.
- Log in to the Bill Payment Suite. You can log in at https://billpay. slu. edu using your authorized user registration’s email address and password. Once there, you can view the student’s bill, pay them, or sign up for a payment arrangement.
International students can make payments using Flywire . Any country can pay through Flywire, usually in their own currency. Payments can be made through INTOPay by students registering for the INTO SLU program. Any country may make a payment to INTOPay using a debit card, credit card, or bank transfer. Using Flywire:
- Once you initiate payment on slu. flywire. com, you will get comprehensive directions on how to send money to SLU. Flywire will update you at each stage of the procedure, including when the funds have arrived at SLU.
- Every time you need to send money to SLU, make a booking through Flywire. You can watch English- and Chinese-language videos on Flywire and payment methods for more details.
- Return to Flywire’s website after making your payment to check the status of your transaction. SLU will be notified once Flywire has guaranteed the funds.

Late Payments:
If students enrolled in the payment plan with an enrollment fee miss more than one payment, they will automatically be switched to the payment plan with a 1% interest charge. After September, interest and late fees won’t be calculated. 1 for the fall semester and Feb. 1 for the spring semester.
Nonpayment on Account:
We reserve the right to withhold transcripts or diplomas related to your enrollment, cancel your enrollment for the current term, and/or prevent you from registering for future terms if any tuition, fees, or charges owed to the university are not paid as and when due. If you no longer intend to attend Saint Louis University, call the Office of the Registrar at 314-977-2269 to request an official withdrawal.
Pay your semester bill in full to Saint Louis University. Full payment for the fall semester is due Aug. 3; full payment for the spring semester is due Jan. 4.
Additionally, you can sign up for one of two monthly payment options. The enrollment deadlines for monthly payment plans are Aug. 3 for the fall semester and Jan. 4 for the spring semester.
- Semester Enrollment Fee: If you select this option, you will pay $75 in semester enrollment fees in addition to interest-free monthly payments.
- Interest Fee: If you selected this option, any outstanding balance will incur a monthly interest fee of 1%.
Students typically benefit from selecting the payment plan with the enrollment fee if they have an outstanding balance of $4,000 to $5,000 or more. The payment plan with the 1% interest charge is more likely to be advantageous for students with lower outstanding balances.
By logging into mySLU and following the instructions below, you can retrieve 1098-T tax forms.
1. Select “Banner Self-Service” from the list of apps after logging into your mySLU portal.
2. From the list of tabs at the top of the screen, choose the “Student” tab.
5. You must specify the tax year for which you are requesting a 1098-T form. Click “Submit. “.
To claim the American Opportunity Credit or the Lifetime Learning Credit on your federal tax return, you must have your 1098-T.
You will get a refund if your financial aid is greater than your direct billed costs. Aid payments cannot be made earlier than 10 days before the start of the semester. A refund check will either be mailed to the address you specified on your account or deposited directly into a checking or savings account you’ve connected to your account after aid has been applied in accordance with your selection.
Click on the “Refund” tab in the Payment Suite, which can be found in your mySLU apps, to take advantage of the electronic funds transfer (EFT) refund process.
