The balance forward must be paid by 4:30 p. m. on the Gross Amount Due date listed on your bill. The entire amount is due to avoid a cutoff if you don’t pay the balance forward by that time. Payments placed in the night deposit after 8:00 a. m. will not be posted until the following business day.
